1Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if any of the following issues occur:

2Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, certain categories are NOT eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Personal wellness or hygiene items (sleep masks, nose clips, belts)
- Products showing physical damage caused by the customer
- Size‑related issues (unless it was our fulfillment error)
- "Change of mind" or "no longer needed" reasons
3Final Sale / Clearance / Seasonal Promotions
Products purchased during:
- Year-End Sale
- Seasonal Sale
- Flash Sale
- Clearance Sale
- Festival Offers
- Items marked as FINAL SALE or NO RETURN
are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, regardless of reason.
This includes situations such as:
- Change of mind
- Product not needed anymore
- Price drop after purchase
- Mistaken ordering
These sales offer heavily discounted prices, and therefore all purchases are considered FINAL.
✓ However, if a damaged, defective, or wrong item is delivered, we will still offer a free replacement.
4Refund Process & Timeline
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed:
- Within 5–7 business days after quality inspection of the returned product.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- COD orders: Refunds will be issued via UPI/Bank Transfer.
5Order Cancellation
- Prepaid Orders: Can be cancelled before dispatch.
- COD Orders: Must be confirmed via SMS/WhatsApp; cancellation after shipping is not allowed.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
6Drop‑Shipping Transparency Statement
We operate through a direct‑from‑supplier dispatch model, meaning:
- Products are shipped directly from our verified fulfillment partners.
- We do not manufacture or store most products.
- This allows us to offer affordable pricing and wide variety.
- All suppliers undergo quality and reliability checks.
7Return Shipping
In a valid return case:
- Return shipping is free.
- Our team will arrange pickup from your address.
If the return request does not meet policy conditions, pickup may be denied.
8Damaged or Defective Product Reporting
If you receive a damaged/defective product:
- Report within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing video and images (mandatory for claim approval).
This requirement protects customers and prevents courier abuse.
9Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Product is used, washed, or altered
- Packaging or accessories are missing
- The item is claimed to be defective but passes quality inspection
