Are your products really 100% natural?

What is your return policy?

Returns are available only for normal, non-discounted orders.

For standard purchases (not part of clearance, final sale, seasonal, or year-end promotional sales), returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be raised within the specified return window
  • Approved returns are eligible for replacement or store credit
Special Sale Items (Final Sale / Clearance / Year-End Sale):

Orders placed during special promotions are non-returnable & non-exchangeable due to heavily discounted pricing. This will be clearly mentioned on product pages & at checkout.

This ensures 100% transparency and avoids any consumer misunderstanding.

We operate on a direct-from-supplier model to ensure fresh, quality-checked stock.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Most wellness and daily-use products do not come with a manufacturer warranty. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, you can raise a support request, and we will assist you with a resolution based on our return policy.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for selected pincodes with the following rules:

  • A small COD handling fee applies (visible at checkout)
  • COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp/SMS before shipping
  • Repeated COD cancellations may lead to COD restriction for future purchases

COD is extended to support genuine customers; strict verification is followed to prevent misuse.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can click the link to view real-time updates from the courier partner.

If tracking details don't appear immediately, please allow a few hours for courier system updates.

Do you manufacture your own products?

No. Prakriti Essentials Co. operates on a direct-from-supplier dispatch model (dropshipping).

This means:

  • Products are not manufactured by us
  • We do not hold inventory in our warehouse
  • Items are shipped directly from verified fulfillment partners

This model allows us to:

Can I contact customer support through WhatsApp?

Order confirmation for COD may involve WhatsApp/SMS, but we do not offer customer support through WhatsApp to maintain verification safety.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are available only for normal sales and only for defective or wrong items.

Special sale items (Clearance, Final Sale, Year-End Sale) are not eligible for exchange.

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • COD orders require confirmation; if unconfirmed, they may be auto-cancelled.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
